Desynchronizace cirkadiánního systému častým světlem v noci je pokládána jako jeden z hlavních faktorů vzniku rakoviny prsu. Cílem práce je kritická revize studií na toto téma a zhodnocení validity experimentálních dat podporujících tuto kausalitu.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Desynchronization of the circadian system with frequent light at night is considered to be one of the major factors in the development of breast cancer. The aim of the thesis is to review the studies on this topic and to evaluate the validity of experimental data supporting this causality.
