Preliminary scope of work
Tato bakalářská práce pojedná o významu NK buněk u leukémií. Je zaměřena především na KIR receptory (killer cell immunoglobuline-like receptor), přítomné na jejich povrchu. Tyto receptory hrají důležitou roli v likvidaci leukemických buněk (reakci štěpu proti leukemii) a tedy v celkové prognóze nemoci.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This bachelor thesis discusses the function of NK cells in leukaemias. It is primarily concerned on KIR receptors (killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor) present on their surface. These receptors play an important role in the destruction of leukemia cells (graft versus leukemia effect) and therefore in the overall prognosis of the disease.
