Uchazeč představí a přehledně popíše klasické i nedávno navržené metody statistické analýzy křivek závislosti odpovědi na dávce. V diplomové práci se lze zabývat i souvislostmi s modelem postupné změny (Hušková, 1998; Jarušková, 1998, 2001).
