Preliminary scope of work
Interakce poly(N-methyl-2-vinylpyridinium jodid)-b-poly(oxyethylen)u (QP2VP-PEO) a polymethakrylové kyseliny (PMAA) ve vodných roztocích vede ke vzniku hybridních micel s jádrem tvořeným nerozpustným komplexem QP2VP/PMAA s korónou tvořenou bloky PEO. Náplní diplomové práce je prostudovat tvorbu tohoto komplexu pomocí měření rozptylu světla a fluorescenční spektroskopie s využitím fluorescenčně značené PMAA.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Interaction of poly(N-methyl-2-vinylpyridinium iodide)-b-poly(ethylene oxide) (QP2VP-PEO) and polymethacrylic acid (PMAA) in aqueous solutions leads to the formation of hybrid micelles with the core of insoluble QP2VP/PMAA complex and the corona of PEO blocks. The diploma project aims at the study of the complex formation by means of light scattering and fluorometry measurements using fluorescent-labeled PMAA.
