Preliminary scope of work

SGK1 patří do podrodiny serin / threonin kinázy. V posledních letech bylo zjištěno, že exprese SGK1 je rozdílně regulována během jednotlivých vývojových etap i za patologických stavů, jako jsou hypertenze , diabetická neuropatie, ischemické a traumatické stavy a neurodegenerativní onemocnění. Cílem bakalářské práce bude popsat shrnout současné poznatky o úloze SGK1 v srdci.

Preliminary scope of work in English

SGK1 belongs to a subfamily of serine/threonine kinases. Over the past few years, there has been increasing evidence that SGK1 expression is regulated during both discrete developmental stages and also under pathological conditions such as hypertension, diabetic neuropathy, ischemic and, traumatic stages, and neurodegenerative diseases. The aim of the thesis will be a review of the current knowledge about the role of SGK1 in the heart.
