a) Seznámit se ze základními problémy samoorganizace v termodynamice spojitého prostředí.
b) Seznámit se se základními modely pro růst vrstev oxidů kovů.
c) Studovat stabilitu růstu rovnoměrných vrstev oxidů kovů a následný superkritický stav.
d) Aplikovat výše uvedené poznatky zejména na modelování růstu nanotrubic.
