Cílem práce je porovnat vývoj kolonií a diferenciaci buněk v kolonii v závislosti na extracelulární koncentraci methioninu.

The aim of this study is to compare development of the colonies and differentiation of the cells in the colony depending on the extracellular concentration of methionine.
