Práce zkoumá postavení žen v německých politických stranách, které jsou aktuálně v roce 2015 ve Spolkovém sněmu, tedy CDU, CSU, SPD, Strana zelených a Die Linke. Zaměřuje se na kvóty pro ženy uvnitř stran, především na to, zda vůbec existují a pokud ano, tak v jaké formě. Kromě toho také analyzuje stanoviska jednotlivých stran k genderové politice a to na základě jejich politických programů. Práce současně shrnuje vývoj postavení žen v Německu a v německé politice, slouží jako úvod do problematiky genderových kvót. Cílem práce je zodpovědět otázku, zda kvóty mají pozitivní vliv na zastoupení žen v německé politice.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This work analyses women’s status in political parties which are represented in the German Parliament in 2015: CDU, CSU, SPD, The Greens and Die Linke. It is focusing on quotas within those German political parties – if they exist at all and if so, in which form. Beside that, it also analyses the parties' stances towards to gender politics based on their political programs. Furthermore the work sums the evolution of women’s status in Germany and in its politics. This serves as an introduction into the issue of gender quotas. The goal of this work is to answer the question, whether quotas have a positive influence on women’s representation in German politics.
