Preliminary scope of work

Cílem práce je shrnout současné poznatky o potenciálním významu opioidních látek v neuroprotekci. Důraz bude kladen především na možnou roli gliových buněk.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of this thesis is to review current knowledge about the neuroprotective potential of opioids. The presumed role of glial cells will be expecially considered.
