Preliminary scope of work

Cílem bakalářské práce je literární rešerše týkající se asymetrické segregace buněčných determinantů u embryí s regulačním vývojem. Tento způsob diferenciace je znám hlavně u zárodků vyvjíjejících se mozaikově jako např. háďátko. V současné literatuře se objevuje čím dál tím více indicií, že tento mechanismus je také vlastní embryím obratlovců, kteří patří do skupiny s regulačním vývojem.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the literary survey concerning the asymetric segregation of cell determinants in embryos with regulation development. This way of cell differentiation is well known in mosaic developing animals, for example in Coenorhabditis elegans. Recently, this mechanism was repeatedly described also in vertebrate embryos belonging to the group with the regulation development.
