V posledních desetiletích nastala v České republice změna životního stylu, došlo i k nárůstu prevalence nadváhy a obezity a to i u dětí předškolního věku. S těmito změnami může souviset i zvyšující se počet dětí s vadným držením těla. Cílem tohoto výzkumu je analyzovat hmotnostní parametry, tělesné složení, distribuci tuku a jejich vliv na držení těla u předškolních dětí. Dalším cílem je porovnat jednotlivé metody pro výpočet množství tělesného tuku a zjistit tak, zda vykazují shodnou klinickou validitu. Také porovnáme měření obvodu břicha s obvodem pasu a to jak v absolutní, tak v relativní podobě.
Preliminary scope of work in English
In the Czech Republic occurred a change of lifestyle in recent decades, there was an increase in the prevalence of overweight and obesity, and even for preschool children. With these changes can be related as well as the increasing number of children with bad posture. The aim of this research is to analyze weight parameters, body composition, fat distribution and its effect on posture in preschool children. Another aim is compare different methods for calculating the amount of body fat and see if it show the same clinical validity. Furthemore, we will compare the measurement of the abdominal circumference with waist circumference in absolute and in relative form.
