| Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je s využitím teorie „business (system)dynamics“ sestavit kvalitativní model řízení profesionální firmy (konzultační firma, právnická firma, ICT firma) na základě postihnutí určujících vzájemných kvalitativních vazeb klíčových entit, ovlivňujících výkonnost firmy, a klíčových zpětnovazebních smyček.
Druhým cílem je model kvantifikovat a nasimulovat ve vhodném simulačním jazyce, například v jazyce Vensim. Model by měl umožnit testování základních hypotéz o kritické mase zaměstnanců, o objemu a velikosti potencionálních zakázek, o kvalitě prodejů a dodávek projektů, o vlivu marketingu a produktivity zaměstnanců na výkonnost firmy, o chování firmy v dobrých a špatných časech, o kariérovém růstu zaměstnanců. |

| The aim of the diploma thesis is first to create a qualitative model of management model of a professional service firm with the use of business (system) dynamics tools and techniques, including feedback loops. Further aim is to quantify and simulate the model eg in Vensim tool. The model should enable hypotheses testing (what if analysis) on critical mass of employee ranks, on size and volume of backlog and sales pipeline, on sales quality, on marketing and staff performance impact on firm's productivity, on firm behaviour in good and bad times, on staff career development etc. |
