Guidelines
Student should read relevant sources about fixing triangle meshes. He should also explore mesh-healing functions available in commercial software (RapidForm XOS).

Main goal of the thesis is to implement some mesh-mending methods into an existing framework Morphome3cs developed at MFF UK in Prague. At least the most disturbing and serious topological and geometrical defects should be efficiently detected and fixed. Detailed discussion should include assessment of achieved results together with recommendations for future work.

Used approaches ought to be well documented (both user and internal documentation). Emphasis should be placed on thorough description of used algorithms and data structures.
