Preliminary scope of work

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá německým odstoupením od jaderné energetiky v roce 2011. Cílem práce je především osvětlit, jaké důvody stojí za tímto odstoupením, zda se jednalo o čistě politický krok, či zda zde existovaly také jiné důvody odstoupení, dále pak jaké dopady mělo toto odstoupení na německou energetiku a co to pro Německo může znamenat do budoucna. Součástí je také stručné zhodnocení nejdůležitějších dopadů na Českou republiku, respektive na její energetiku. V prví části je prostor věnován historickým východiskům rozvoje využití jaderné energie na území Německa, v další části se pak práce zabývá obdobím kolem fukušimské havárie a dopadů této události na německou společnost a politiku. Následující část obsahuje objasnění perspektiv německé energetiky ve světle tohoto odstoupení, přičemž je pozornost věnována dalšímu možnému vývoji. V závěrečné části se pak objevují nejdůležitější dopady na Českou republiku.

Preliminary scope of work in English

This bachelor thesis deals with the nuclear phase-out of Germany in 2011. The main objective of this thesis is to clarify what is the rationale behind this phase-out and whether it was a purely political concession or if there were some other reasons why to do so. It also contemplates possible aftermaths for Germany, caused by this phase-out. Another part deals with possible consequences for Czech Republic, especially for its energy sector. In the first part the attention is devoted to a historical usage of nuclear power in Germany, then the thesis deals with the period around Fukushima's disaster and its impact on German society and politics. The following part attends to clarify the perspectives of German energy phase-out-wise and special attention is given to possibilities of the future development. In the last part the most important outcomes for Czech Republic are being discussed.
