Preliminary scope of work
Hlavní náplní práce bude organická syntéza zaměřená na palladiem katalyzované tandemové reakce zahrnující karbonylační krok. Budou zkoumány podmínky vhodné pro použití N-hydroxysukcinimidyl-formiátu jako zdroje CO v karbonylačních reakcích. Součástí projektu bude také rešeršní práce.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The main focus will be on organic synthesis directed at palladium-catalysed tandem reactions involving a carbonylation step. Conditions suitable for using N-hydroxysuccinimidyl formate as a CO source will be studied. The project will also include search in scientific literature.
