Preliminary scope of work
Ve srovnání s Y-STR markery běžně užívanými ve forenzních oborech a bioarcheologii mají rychle mutující Y-STR markery (RM Y-STR) ve světových populacích podstatně vyšší haplotypovou diverzitu a rozlišovací schopnost. Cílem práce je přinést obsáhlý přehled problemariky analýz těchto lokusů a popsat jejich stávající i potenciální využití ve forenzní oblasti a molekulární antropologii.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Rapidly Mutating Y-STRs (RM Y-STRs) provide substantially higher haplotype diversity and haplotype discrimination capacity in worldwide populations when compared with the Y-STRs commonly used in genetic forensics and bioarchaeology. The aim of the thesis is to compile a comprehensive overview of the analysis of these loci and describe their current and potential use in forensic science and molecular anthropology.
