Preliminary scope of work

Adaptace na chronickou hypoxii zvyšuje odolnost srdce k ischemicko/reperfúznímu poškození. Cílem práce je stanovit zapojení adipokinů a zánětu v mechanismu adaptace na chronickou hypoxii.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Adaptation to chronic hypoxia renders the heart more tolerant to acute ischemia/reperfusion injury. The aim of the thesis is to determine the involvement of adipokines and inflammation in the mechanism of adaptation to chronic hypoxia.
