Diplomová práce je zaměřená na reorganizaci jako sanační způsob řešení úpadku, zejména s ohledem na skutečnost, že insolvenční právo nabylo nadůležitosti v důsledku ekonomických dopadů světové hospodářské krize z let 2007 až 2009.

The final thesis analyses reorganisation as a method of a non-liquidatuon solution of bankruptcy with all respect to rising importance of insolvency consequent upon impacts of the global economic crise from years 2007 to 2009.
