Preliminary scope of work
V naší studii jsme se zaměřili na roli NK buněk jejich fenotyp a funkci v autoimunitní reakci u nově diagnostikovaných pacientů s RS a po následné terapii. Pomocí průtokové cytometrie jsme analyzovali zastoupení NK, NKT, T lymfocytů a monocytů, kde jsme se zaměřili na expresi molekul CD161 a NKG2D. Dále jsme se pozorovali funkci efektorových buněk pomocí cytotoxického testu.
Preliminary scope of work in English
We focused on the role of NK cells phenotypeand function in autoimmune response of patients and their modulation duringthe therapeutic intervention. Using flow cytometry we analyzed the distribution of NK, NKT, T cells and monocytes especially to the expression of CD161 and NKG2D molecules. We have also observed the function of the effector cells with cytotoxic assay.
