Preliminary scope of work
Izolace mitochondrií ze tkání potkana a z buněk pacientů (defekt v ATP synthase) a kontrol, detekce a kvantifikace komponent fosforylačního aparátu v mitochondriích (SDS-PAGE/WB), spektrofotometrické měření aktivit enzymů OXPHOS, solubilizace membránových proteinů detergenty (digitonin, DDM), studium vzájemných interakcí mezi komponentami fosforylačního aparátu (různé typy nativních elektroforéz, 2DE, MSA)
Preliminary scope of work in English
Isolation of mitochondria from rat tissues and cells from patients (different deffects in ATP synthase) and control cells, detection and quantification the components of phosphorylative apparatus (SDS-PAGE/WB), spectrophotometric measurement of OXPHOS enzyme activities, solubilization of membrane proteins by detergents (digitonin, DDM), analysis of interactions between the components of phosphorylative apparatus (different types of native electrophoresis, 2DE, MSA)
