Preliminary scope of work

Separace lipoproteinů ultracentrifugou od několika různých osob (tzn. různé poměry lipid-protein). Vážkově stanovení jednotlivých lipoproteinů, rutinní metodou bude stanoven protein, cholesterol, triglycerids. Změření kalibračních závislostí refraktometricky (závislost na koncentraci pro různá chemická složení u jednotlivých vzorků).

Preliminary scope of work in English

Separation of lipoproteins by ultracentifugation from various person (different ratio of lipid/protein). Gravimetric determination of lipoproteins, determination of proteins, cholesterol, triglycerids. Determination of calibration dependences for different chemical composition.
