Preliminary scope of work

Cílem literární rešerše je charakterizovat funkční diverzitu společenstva a pátrat po interpretačních rozdílech pojmu. Shrnout a na konkrétních studiích ilustrovat metodické přístupy k odhadu funkční diverzity a v neposlední řadě na základě publikovaných prací odhalit nejvýznamnější faktory prostředí, které ji určují. Práce by měla zpracovávat obecné aspekty problematiky se snahou zaměřit se na ptačí společenstva.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of the literature search is to define functional diversity of ecological community and search for differences in interpretation of the idea. The author should compile metodological approaches that are used to estimate functional diversity and illustrate it on published studies. The work should reveal the most important environmental factors that determine fuctional diversity. It should elaborate general aspects of the issue but endeavour to focus on avian communities.
