| Cíl práce:
Cílem této práce je stanovit problematické oblasti přechodu triatlonistů z žákovské do dorostenecké kategorie s podrobným zaměřením na problematiku dlouhodobých soutěží žákovských kategorií. Metody: V práci je použito rešerše dostupné literatury věnující se dané problematice. Dále je využita metoda dotazníkového šetření pro získání informací o dlouhodobých soutěžích mládeže v Evropských státech. Výsledky: V bakalářské práci jsou formulovány problematické oblasti, které mohou mít vliv na přechod z žákovské do dorostenecké kategorie. Na základě analýzy současných systémů dlouhodobých soutěží v triatlonu, plavání, cyklistice a atletice je předložen současný stav. Z jejich porovnání a zhodnocení dostupných informací vychází návrh budoucích systémů dlouhodobých soutěží v triatlonu. Vytvořili jsme podklad pro následnou analýzu soutěží mládeže v triatlonu v Evropských státech. Vytvořené podklady a získané informace využijeme v navazující diplomové práci. | Objectives:
Purpose of this Bachelor thesis is to determine problematic areas in thriathlon category change over from disciple to junior with focus on questions of long-term contests in disciple category. Methods: Methods used in this Bachelor thesis are technical research realated to the topic and interrogating focusing on information about long-term contests in triathlon disciple category in European countries. Results: In the Bachelor thesis problematic areas influencing the category change over from disciple to junior are determined. The current state is presented on the basis of analysing the actual system of long-term contest in triathlon; swimming, cyckling and athletics. From their comparison and assessing obtainable information is given a suggestion of future long-term contests in triathlon. In this Bachelor thesis we have created basis for consequentional analysis of triathlon contests in European countries.
