1)vymezení pojmu SWFs a jejich dělení (odlišnost mezi nini); jejich role a vliv na finanční trhy; investiční strategie a role v současné finanční krizi; rizika a hrozby, které jejich aktivity přináší; charakteristika nejvýznamějších světových SWFs. 2)regulace SWFs-Santiago principle (Generally Accepted Principles and Practises); přístup OECD k regulaci SWFs.

1)definition of the term 'SWFs' and their categorization (differences between them); their role nad impact on financial markets; investment strategies and role in current financial crisis; risks and threats which their activities bring; characteristics of the most significant SWFs. 2)regulation of SWFs-Santiago principle (Generally Accepted Principles and Practises); approach of the OECD to regulation of SWFs.
