Preliminary scope of work
A Změřit transport radioaktivně značené IAA a porovnat aktivitu v auxinovém maximu s využitím DR5 reportéru mezi WT a exo70A1.
B Objasnit zapojení EXO70A1 a dalších podjednotek exocystu v lokalizaci a recyklaci PIN proteinů-výtokových přenašečů auxinu.
C Zjistit funkční specificitu EXO70A1 pro transport a recyklaci PIN proteinů.
D Určit lokalizaci EXO70A1 a dalších podjednotek exocystu v závislosti na fosfolipidovém složení plazmatické membrány.
E Metodou koimunoprecipitace hledat interagující partnery podjednotky EXO70A1.
Preliminary scope of work in English
A To measure and compare radioactively labeled IAA transport and activity in IAA maxima using DR5 reporter between WT and exo70A1.

B To analyse possible involvement of EXO70A1 along with other exocyst subunits in auxin efflux carriers (PINs) localization and recycling.

C To analyse specificity of EXO70A1 for PIN recycling.

D To address the EXO70A1 and some other exocyst subunits localization in respect to membrane lipid composition.

E To study direct or indirect interactions between EXO70A1 and other proteins using co-immunoprecipitation.
