| Charakteristické rysy pozice vrchní sestra, vznik a vývoj této pozice, náplň činnosti v proměnách doby, profesní etika, právní rámec
Tématem bakalářské práce ,,Vznik a vývoj pozice vrchní sestry“ je podrobnější popis vzniku a vývoje vrchní sestry od počátku této pozice až do současné doby. Nedílnou součástí práce jsou počátky ošetřovatelství v klášterech, které souvisí se samotným vznikem pozice. Historický vývoj je členěn od počátku 19. století až do druhé světové války, dále přes poválečný vývoj do současné doby, kdy pohled na vrchní sestru je hlavně v roli managera střední úrovně. Vrchní sestra vede kliniku nebo oddělení a zodpovídá za plánování a odborný růst pracovníků a hodnocení kvality péče. Neopomenout nelze ani vzdělávání vrchních sester, které ovlivnil zákon č.20/1966 Sb., o povinnosti zdravotníků se neustále vzdělávat. Vzdělávání se dělí na pregraduální a postgraduální. V praktické části jsou podrobněji rozebrány hlavní cíle, tedy analýza práce vrchní sestry a vzdělávání vedoucích pracovníků od 20.století, jednou z kvalitativních metod formou analýzy písemných dokumentů. Cílem bylo zjistit náplně práce vrchní sestry v proměnách doby a jak se postupně vyvíjelo vzdělávání. Toto téma je možné prozkoumat i jinou metodou kvalitativního výzkumu a pokusit se tak validovat výsledky mé práce. Klíčová slova: vrchní sestra, ošetřovatelství, náplň práce, vzdělávání, manažer |

The theme of the bachelor thesis „Origin and Evolution of the Head Nurse Position“ is a more detailed description of the origin and development of the head nurse from the beginning of the position until present time. An integral part of the work is the beginnings of nursing in the monasteries that are related to origins of the position. Historical development is divided from the beginning of the 19th century until World War II, then through the development of post war years until today, when the view of the head nurse role is mainly in the mid-level manager. The head nurse leads the clinic or department and is responsible for planning and professional growth of staff and evaluation of quality of care. It cannot be omitted the education of head nurses, which was influenced by the Act No. 20/1966 Coll., on the obligation of health professionals to continual education. Education is divided into undergraduate and postgraduate. In the practical part, there are discussed in more detail the main goals of the thesis, that is the analysis of the work of head nurse and education of the head staff since the beginning of the 20th century, by one of the methods of qualitative analysis in the form of analysis of written documents. The goal was to find out the content of the work of head nurse in the changes of time and how the education has gradually developed. This topic can be explored also by other qualitative research method in an attempt to validate the results of my thesis. Keywords: head nurse, nursing, content of the work, education, manager |
