| Diplomová práce je zaměřena na právní úpravu ekologického zemědělství v České republice. Práce se skládá z devíti kapitol.
V první kapitole se práce věnuje úvodu do problematiky. Celá kapitola je rozčleněna do tří podkapitol, které pojednávají o základních souvislostech ekologického zemědělství a ochrany životního prostředí, historickém vývoji ekologického zemědělství v Čechách i ve světě. Druhá kapitola představuje mezinárodní organizace a další aktéry v ekologickém zemědělství. Třetí kapitola obsahuje právní úpravu, v první podkapitole je nejprve pojednáno o evropské právní úpravě, o jejím vývoji a platné právní úpravě současnosti a v druhé podkapitole se práce věnuje vnitrostátní právní úpravě. Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá administrativním procesem registrace osoby podnikající v ekologickém zemědělství. Následující pátá kapitola pojednává o pravidlech produkce a šestá kapitola o právním režimu bioproduktů. Sedmá kapitola obsahuje kontrolní systém v ekologickém zemědělství. Osmá kapitola analyzuje problematiku obchodu s bioprodukty se třetími zeměmi a kapitola devátá se zaměřuje na financování ekologického zemědělství. Cílem této práce je podat celistvý souhrn dané problematiky, jednotlivé části zasadit do komplexu. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| The aim of this paper is to focus on the legislation of the organic agriculture in The Czech Republic. The thesis is composed of nine chapters. Chapter One introduces the topic of my thesis. The chapter is subdivided into three subchapters and each subchapter discusses the basic relations of the organic agriculture, the protection of the environment, the historical development of the organic agriculture in The Czech Republic and in the world. Chapter Two looks at the international organization and its participants in the organic agriculture. Chapter Three contains the legislation, in the First subchapter is highlighted the European legislation, its development and the current valid legislation, the Second subchapter looks at the intrastate legislation. Chapter Four deals with the administrative process of registration all business individuals in the organic agriculture. Chapter Five explains the production and its regulations and Chapter Six discusses the law of the organic products. Chapter Seven contains the control system in the organic agriculture. Chapter Eight analyses the problematic of selling the organic products to the third country. Chapter Nine focuses on financing the organic products. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overall summary of this relevant problematic and to look at the components of this problematic from a broad and complex perspective.
