Sledování degradační kaskády glykosfingolipidů v buněčné kultuře u vybraných lysosomálních "střádavých" onemocnění (LSD) a analysu nedegradovaných sfingolipidů v buňkách, tkáních a dalším materiálu získaném od pacientů (kožní fibroblasty, krev, moč, autoptický materiál).
