Preliminary scope of work

V diplomové práci budou charakterizovány jednotlivé druhy civilního procesu z hlediska jejich hlavních a typických prvků. V rámci této charakteristiky budou zodpovězeny některé otázky, které vyvolává pozitivní právní úprava.

Preliminary scope of work in English

In diploma thesis there will be characterized individual types of civil procedure in term of their main and typical elements. In terms of this characteristics there will be answered some questions, which are evoked by positive legal regulation.
