Preliminary scope of work
Práce se nejprve ve stručnosti věnuje historii právní úpravy osobních obchodních společností na území dnešní České republiky, poté se věnuje nejdůležitějším otázkám jejich platné právní úpravy. V závěru práce je pojednáno o připravované právní úpravě osobních obchodních společností (vládní návrh zákona o obchodních korporacích) a povaze osobních obchodních společností, tedy o tom, co je odlišuje od obchodních společností kapitálových. Zmíněna jsou též soudní rozhodnutí vztahující se k dané problematice.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The thesis first briefly describes the history of personal corporations legal regulation on the territory of today's Czech Republic, then deals with the most important questions of their legal regulation in force. The Conclusion of the thesis is dedicated to the legal regulation of personal corporations which is currently being prepared (the bill on business corporations) and the character of personal corporations, i. e. the differences which make them distinct from the capital corporations. The judicial decisions concerning the theme of the thesis are also mentioned.
