Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice poruch příjmu potravy a poruchám chování vyvolaných užíváním psychoaktivních látek. V teoretické části je popsaná diagnostika, některé psychologické a sociální příčiny, průběh a shodné rysy obou poruch, reakce sociálního prostředí na patologické chování a vliv užívání návykových látek na apetit. V praktické části je pak toto téma ilustrováno na kasuistice klientky s poruchou příjmu potravy a užíváním návykových látek, u které i přes ukončení poruchy příjmu potravy přetrvává problematický postoj k tělu a jídlu a rozvíjí se u ní závislost na metamfetaminu. Kasuistika se věnuje vývoji závislostního chování v jednotlivých etapách života klientky, etiologii a shodným rysům u obou poruch. Lze konstatovat, že výzkumné studie společně s odbornou literaturou, které jsou v práci citované, odpovídají i zjištěním ohledně klientky uvedené v kasuistice.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Bachelors thesis deals with the problem of eating disorders and mental and behavioural disorders due to psychoactive substance use. In the theoretical part is described diagnostics, some psychological and social causes, and similar features of both disorders, the social reaction to pathological behavior and the impact of the use of addictive substances on apetit. In the practical part presented case study of a person with eating disorders and use of drugs, which, despite the end of the rating disorders remains problematic position to eat and body and develops her addiction to methamphetamine. Case study is focused on the development of addictive behavior in various stage of life of clients, aetiology, and the same features in both disorders. It is arguable that the research study, together with the existing professional literature, which are cited in the theoretical part, corresponding to the findings of the case study presented in the practical part.
