Preliminary scope of work

Úkolem práce je celistvé pojetí právních a kriminalistických prostředků používaných při boji proti organizovanému zločinu, zejména pak při odčerpávání výnosů pocházejících z trestné činnosti a dalších s tím spojených aspektů včetně historického a geografického exkurzu, definicí stěžejních pojmů a přehledu národní a mezinárodní úpravy problematiky.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The scope of the work is a complex description of legal and criminalistic instruments used in the fight against organized crime, especially used in the outflow of financial and other assets derived from criminal activity and other respectively related aspects as well as historical and geographical excursion, definitions of the crucial terms and the summary of national and international regulation of the above mentioned materia.
