Cílem této práce je analýza francouzských zákoníků, které vznikly ve Francii na počátku 19. století, včetně popisu vlivů, které ovlivnily jejich vznik a podobu, a včetně jejich rozšíření do dalších zemí. Jedná se o občanský zákoník (code civil), občanský soudní řád (code de procédure civile), obchodní zákoník (code de commerce), trestní zákoník (code penal), trestní řád (code d'instruction criminelle) a návrh rolnického zákoníku (code rural).
Preliminary scope of work in English
The purpose of my thesis is to describe french codes in early 19th century, to explain all influences and to show importance of this codification for the rest of the world. It contains civil code (code civil), code of civil procedure (code de procédure civile), commercial code (code de commerce), criminal code (code penal), code of criminal procedure (code d'instruction criminelle) and draft of rural code (code rural).
