Cílem práce je porovnat účinnost L-carnitinu na výkonnost, regeneraci a další parametry u zdravých lidí a pacientů s ischemickou chorobou dolních končetin.

Preliminary scope of work in English
The aim of this study was to determine whether L-carnitine supplementation improves weight lose during exercise programme in adults and to compare its effects on performance, regeneration and other parameters in patients with peripheral arterial disease.
