Kvalita oocytů je významným faktorem ovlivňujícím úspěšnost produkce embryí. Stále se zvyšující věk ženy, zhoršující se životní prostředí, stravovací návyky, kouření jsou mnohé faktory, které snižují kvalitu oocytů, tím nepříznivě ovlivňují reprodukční schopnost. Cílem bakalářské práce je shrnout poznatky o vlivu oxidačního stresu na vývojový potenciál samičí pohlavní buňky a využití látek s antioxidačními účinky při in vitro maturacích oocytů.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Oocyte quality is an important factor influencing the success of embryo production. The increasing age of women, the deteriorating environment, eating habits, and smoking are many factors that reduce the quality of oocytes, thus adversely affecting the reproductive ability. The bachelor thesis aims to summarize the knowledge about the effect of oxidative stress on the developmental potential of the female germ cell and the use of substances with antioxidant effects in in vitro oocyte maturation.
