Prostředí zábavy je dlouhodobě spojeno s užíváním psychoaktivních látek a souvisejícími zdravotními a sociálních riziky. Na jejich snižování se podílejí specificky zaměřené adiktologické služby přímo v prostředí zábavy. Tato práce vychází z předpokladu, že zpětná vazba klientů může sloužit jako klíčový nástroj pro další rozvoj a zkvalitňování těchto služeb. Cílem výzkumu bylo prostřednictvím zpětné vazby od klientů identifikovat jejich potřeby, zjistit míru naplnění těchto potřeb prostřednictvím služeb programu a vyhodnotit celkovou spokojenost s poskytovanými intervencemi.Data byla získána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Rozhovory byly nahrávány, následně přepsány a analyzovány pomocí tematické analýzy s využitím metod otevřeného kódování a kategorizace.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The entertainment environment has long been associated with the use of psychoactive substances and associated health and social risks. Specifically targeted addiction services in the entertainment environment are involved in reducing these. This study is based on the premise that client feedback can serve as a key tool for further development and improvement of these services. The aim of the research was to identify the needs of the clients through their feedback, to determine the extent to which these needs were met through the programme's services and to assess overall satisfaction with the interventions provided. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. Interviews were recorded, then transcribed and analysed using thematic analysis with open coding and categorisation methods.
