| The student working on this Thesis will probe the emergence of spacetime from quantum information properties of quantum fields. The aim is to find whether one can replace classical rulers and clocks of Einstein's relativity with quantum probes, such as the Unruh de Witt (UdW) detectors. Is it possible to generalize UdW detectors to fully relativistic settings? Can we reformulate Einstein equations in terms of the dynamics of quantum fields? |
