Řešitelova verze: Tato práce se zabývá kompozicí a kontextem Knihy smlouvy, což je tradiční označení pro stať Exodus 20,22 až Exodus 23,19. Tato stať je čtena také v kontextu narativu knihy Exodus, tj. práce se zabývá celkem Exodus 19,3 a Exodus 24,11. Cílem práce je a) rozdělit daný celek na logicky soudržné oddíly, b) vytvořit osnovu těchto oddílů a tematicky vztáhnout jednotlivé oddíly k osnově celku; c) práce se též zabývá krátce rolí Knihy smlouvy v celém Pentateuchu. V závěru vzniká prostor pro výklad celku vzhledem k provedené analýze, vztažený také na novozákonní souvislosti. Těžištěm práce je tedy sestavit synchronní výpověď textu ve správném kontextu.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The student's summary: This work deals with the composition and context of the Covenant Code, which is traditionally understood as the name for Exodus 20:22 to Exodus 23:19. This part is also read in its narrative context, which means that Ex 19 to Ex 24:11 is the unit scrutinised in this work. The objective is a) to divide the unit into logically cohesive subunits, b) create an outline of the unit and weave the subunits into its theme; c) give a short connection of the Covenant Code to the Pentateuch and its covenants. In the conclusion a short summary and an attempt at relating the Code to the New Testament era. The aim of the work is then to give a synchronic message of the text in its valid context.
