Preliminary scope of work
V devadesátých letech minulého století byl v ordovických sedimentech pražské pánve dokumentován výskyt kryptospor a dalších kryptospory připomínajících mikrofosilií s organickou stěnou. Od té doby nebyla těmto nálezům věnována další pozornost. Diplomová práce bude mít několik cílů. Vzhledem k hojnosti kryptospor ve svrchnoordovickém kosovském souvrství budou na vzorcích z tohoto souvrství odzkoušeny různé laboratorní postupy pro izolaci kryptospor z jednotlivých litologických typů hornin. V dalším kroku budou nejvhodnější metodikou zpracovány vzorky ze sedimentů spodního a středního ordoviku v nichž byly zjištěny velmi vzácné výskyty ke kryptosporám řazených mikrofosilií. Následně budou všechny nálezy podrobně popsány, fotograficky dokumentovány a systematicky zařazeny.
Preliminary scope of work in English
In the Prague Basin, the occurrence of cryptospores and cryptospore-like microfossils with an organic wall has been announced in the nineties of the last century. Since, any attention has been paid to these objects. The Mgr. these will have several major points. The abundance of cryptospores in the Upper Ordovician Kosov Formation makes it possible to test diverse laboratory methods with the goal to isolate remains of this microfossil group from diverse lithotypes. Early and Middle Ordovician samples from levels containing cryptospore-like microfossils will be analysed in the next step. Finally, all specimens will be described, photographically documented and systematically treated.
