Práce se bude skládat z výpočtů zlatných komplexů ve vztahu k jejich protirakovinné aktivitě. Na základě kvantově-mechanických výpočtů budou porovnávány termodynamické a kinetické parametry. Na základě znalosti elektronové hustoty budou určeny vazebné energie jednotlivých ligandů, stanoveny mapy elektrostatických potenciálů a termodynamické deskriptory.
Zvolené komplexy budou nejprve podrobeny geometrické optimalizaci a pro finální struktury budou provedeny analýzy vlnových funkcí resp. elektronové hustoty pomocí různých výpočetních kvantově-mechanických programů. |
