Preliminary scope of work

Diplomová práce se zabývá autenticitou a využitím autentických materiálů ve výuce anglického jazyka. Teoretická část zkoumá definici autenticity a autentických materiálů, jejich druhy a možnosti využití. Praktická část se věnuje pilotování a observaci hodin anglického jazyka, ve kterých byl využit autentický materiál. Následně zkoumá postoj žáků k využití autentických materiálů ve výuce anglického jazyka obecně, včetně reflexe hodin, kterých se žáci zúčastnili.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The diploma thesis deals with authenticity and the use of authentic materials in English language lessons. The theoretical part describes the definitions of authenticity and authentic materials, classification of the materials as well as the possibilities of their use. The practical part includes piloting and observing lessons where authentic materials were employed. Subsequently, the thesis focuses on attitudes of the pupils towards the use of authentic materials in English lessons in general, including their reflection on the lessons they attended.
