Hlavním cílem této práce je identifikovat klíčová manažerská rozhodnutí, která se odehrála ve vedení vybraného sportovního klubu a při kterých začalo docházet ke zhoršení výkonů A-mužstva a vyzkoumat, jaké kroky k tomuto propadu mohly vést. Pro zjištění důsledků manažerských rozhodnutí ve vybraném sportovním klubu jsem nejdříve analyzovala výsledkové tabulky nejvyšší soutěže a klubové výsledky, dále také manažerské prostředí, procesy a zkoumala aplikaci manažerských rozhodnutí v praxi, poté jsem provedla čtyři polostrukturované rozhovory.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The main objective of this thesis is to identify the key managerial decisions that took place in the management of the selected sports club, which started to lead to a deterioration in the performance of the A-team, and to examine what actions may have led to this decline. To find out the consequences of managerial decisions in the selected sports club, I first analysed the top league tables and club results, as well as the managerial environment, processes and examined the application of managerial decisions in practice, then I conducted four semi-structured interviews.
