Preliminary scope of work
Diplomová práce „Utváření profesní identity studentů logopedie“ je věnovaná problematice formování, specifik a reflexe profesní identity u studentů logopedie v ČR. Teoretická část práce se věnuje tématům profesní identity, studiu logopedie a obecně logopedické profesi. Popisuje také psychologické a vývojově-psychologické aspekty, které souvisejí s obdobím tzv. vynořující se dospělosti a s jejím vztahem k profesní identitě. Praktická část práce představuje smíšený výzkumný design pracující s analýzou kvalitativních dat z rozhovorů a jejich propojením s kvantitativními dotazníkovými daty pocházejícími od studentů posledního ročníku navazujícího magisterského studia oboru logopedie na Pedagogické fakultě Univerzity Karlovy (n = 20). Výsledky výzkumu přinášejí řadu zjištění, která se týkají vlivů a okolností, jež se podílejí na utváření profesní identity těchto studentů, na jejich vztah k profesi logopeda a na vizi, kterou studenti mají ve směru k jejich profesní budoucnosti.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The master thesis "Formation of professional identity of speech therapy students" is focused on the formation, specifics and reflection of professional identity of speech therapy students in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part focuses on the topics of professional identity, speech therapy studies and the speech therapy profession in general. It also describes psychological and developmental aspects related to the period of emerging adulthood and its relation to professional identity. The empirical part of the thesis presents a mixed research design working with the analysis of qualitative interview data and its connection with quantitative questionnaire data coming from final year students of the follow-up master's degree in speech therapy at the Faculty of Education of Charles University (n = 20). The results of the research provide a number of findings about the influences and circumstances that contribute to the formation of the professional identity of these students, about their relationship to the profession of speech therapy and about the prospects that students have towards their professional future.
