Preliminary scope of work

Cílem práce je odhalení významu kamenných moří a sutí pro podzimní rojení a hibernaci středoevropských netopýrů.
Výzkum bude prováděn pomocí celosezónního sledování aktivity netopýrů na modelových lokalitách s výskytem kamenných moří (České středohoří, Brdy, Lužické hory, Ralsko, Jeseníky) s využitím automatických ultrasonických detektorů, odchytů a telemetrie.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of the study is unveiling of the importance of talus slopes and scree fields for swarming and hibernation of Central European bats.
The methods include year-round systematic observations of bat activity at model study sites (České středohoří, Brdy, Lužické hory, Ralsko, Jeseníky) using automated recording of bat flight activity with batcorders, combined with mist-netting and radio-tracking.
