Preliminary scope of work

Práce se bude věnovat etnodemografickému vývoji ve třech administrativních jednotkách Ruské federace: Burjatsku, Tuvě a Kalmycku. Jejím cílem bude porovnat postavení titulárních národů těchto regionů v kontextu s jejich demografickým vývojem po rozpadu Sovětského svazu a zhodnocení jejich politicko-mobilizačního potenciálu, kulturního a sociálně-ekonomického postavení.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The thesis will be devoted to ethnodemographic development in three administrative units of the Russian Federation: Buryat, Tuva and Kalmyk. Its aim will be to compare the position of the titular nations of these regions in the context of their demographic development after the collapse of the Soviet Union and to evaluate their political-mobilization potential, cultural and socio-economic status.
