Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na reflexi povinné služby mladých doktorů a mediků v průběhu nejkrizovějšího covidového období, a to od března 2020 do března 2022. Do komparace byli zahrnuti narátoři, jež působí ve dvou evropských státech. Pojednáno bude dále o tom, jak se samotní narátoři vypořádali s novými podmínkami či příležitostmi, jež jim Covid-19 přinesl; jak moc se liší teorie od praxe a zda tato zkušenost ovlivnila preference či postoje k práci a taktéž k samotnému životu narátorů. Pro tento výzkum bude využita metoda orální historie.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This thesis focuses on the reflection of the compulsory service of junior doctors and medical students during the most critical covid period from March 2020 to March 2022. All narrators working in two European countries. It will also discuss how the narrators themselves have dealt with the new conditions or opportunities that Covid-19 has brought them; how much theory differs from practice; and whether this experience has influenced the narrators' preferences or attitudes towards work and thus towards life itself. The Oral History method will be used for this research.
