Omega-3 mastné kyseliny jsou typem polynenasycených tuků označovaných také jako "zdravé tuky". Jsou jedním z klíčových stavebních prvků buněčných membrán a v lidském těle se účastní mnoha důležitých funkcí včetně regulace zánětů, příznivého působení na srdce a podpory zdraví mozku. Cílem bakalářské práce je shrnout pozitivní kardioprotektivní vliv vybraných omega-3 mastných kyselin, včetně jejich signálních drah.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Omega-3 fatty acids are a type of polyunsaturated fat also referred to as "healthy fats". They are one of the key building blocks of cell membranes and are involved in many important functions in the human body including regulating inflammation, having a beneficial effect on the heart and supporting brain health. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to summarize the positive cardioprotective effect of selected omega-3 fatty acids, including their signaling pathways.
