Preliminary scope of work
Bakalářská práce se zabývá výskytem přirozených toxických látek v potravinách a popisuje jejich vliv na lidské zdraví. Cílem práce je rozšířit povědomí o těchto látkách a také ověřit informovanost veřejnosti o dané problematice.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The bachelor thesis deals with the occurrence of natural toxic substances in food and describes their effect on human health. The aim of the work is to increase awareness of these substances and also to verify public awareness of the issue
