Guidelines

Diplomantka provede rešerši literatury a stanoví si cíl práce. Poté sepíše teoretickou část, kde bude komparovat jednotlivé zdroje, české i zahraniční. Vybere výzkumný design, formuluje výzkumné otázky a provede sběr dat. Soubor dat bude posléze analyzovat prostřednictvím otevřeného kódování. Empirická část bude zakončena souborem doporučení pro práci s heterogenní třídou.

Preliminary scope of work

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje tématu diferenciace na prvním stupni a vychází z myšlenek inkluzivní pedagogiky a rovného přístupu ke vzdělání. Teoretická část se věnuje shodným a odlišným rysům osobností žáků mladšího školního věku. Na základě toho pojmenovává nejdůležitější faktory diferenciace, které jsou nezbytnou součástí práce učitele v heterogenní třídě. Značná část teoretické práce je věnována výukovým metodám a strategiím, které podporují inkluzivní přístup k vyučování. Praktická část zpracovává formou hloubkových rozhovorů zkušenosti pedagogů s dlouholetou praxí a porovnává je s teoretickými východisky. Cílem této práce je představit základní a funkční principy diferenciace, které mohou sloužit jako zdroj inspirace pro studenty učitelství a začínající i zkušené učitele.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of differentiation at the primary level of education. It is based on the idea of inclusion and equal access to education. The theoretical part focuses on the similarities and differences of pupils at the age of middle childhood. Based on that, the following chapters introduce the most important factors of differentiation that are needed for successful teachers´ work in heterogeneous classrooms. This part also shows some of the teaching methods and strategies that support an inclusive view of education. The practical part interprets experience of teachers with long teaching practice and compares them with the theoretical background. This work aims to introduce main and effective principles of differentiation that can serve as a source of inspiration for students, junior and senior teachers.
