Preliminary scope of work

This bachelor thesis deals with the control activity of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic in the area of benefits for those with material needs. The thesis focuses on the investigations which are a part of the process undertaken before granting social benefits. It describes factors which influence the design of the mentioned assessment activity of a line worker.

Akademická práce se zabývá kontrolní činností Úřadu práce České republiky v oblasti dávek hmotné nouze. Věnuje se popisu místního šetření, které je součástí procesu před přiznáním dávky. Dále popisuje faktory, které ovlivňují design zmíněné kontrolní činnosti liniového pracovníka.
